Cardinal helped our client alleviate a serious drainage problem for the city of Virginia Beach. Originally developed without a stormwater management system, this area was prone to repetitive flooding during heavy rains. Improvements included upgraded pipes and inlets, new pump stations, automated tide gates, and elevated roadways.
