Cardinal provided important surveying services for much-needed I-81 traffic flow and safety improvements. Our services included controls, locations, and elevations for storm and sanitary sewers, as well as waterlines, edge of pavement, curb and gutters, and concrete ditches. We also established right-of-way easements and set monuments for each.
