Cardinal was contracted to work on phase two of the Woodland Farms Stream Restoration, which is a $1.4 million project located in James City County, Virginia. Our team designed a new drainage infrastructure, floodplain elevation, and erosion reduction plan for nearly 2,400 LF of degraded stream within the York River watershed.
