Business Development
Don leads new client development and strategic acquisitions, ensuring Cardinal’s continued growth and forward momentum. He has been instrumental in the company’s expansion from a three-person operation to a team of more than 60 professionals across five locations in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Prior to joining Cardinal, Don built a distinguished career in the banking industry, culminating in his role as Vice President of the former Virginia Company Bank.
