Russell is one of the newest members of our executive management team. In addition to having an extensive understanding of the latest surveying and mapping technology, Russell is our current champion when it comes to state licensing, and is able to practice in five states.

BS in Surveying and Mapping from the University of Akron and a BA in Anthropology from Ohio University
