Property Line Stakeout: Permanent or semi-permanent markers set at property corners. May add additional markers along the property line.

Boundary Survey: Defines the property lines to determine the true boundary of a parcel of land used in a deed description.

House Location Survey: Shows property lines and locates structures and improvements made on the property. Typically used by lenders at closings.

FEMA/NFIP Elevation Certificate: Compares base flood elevation data with your property’s elevation data.
