Cardinal was subcontracted to provide critical land surveying services for a $50 million four-lane raised roadway that crosses over I-64 and the CSX railway in Newport News, Virginia. This new roadway reduced traffic congestion by providing an important connection between Jefferson Avenue and Warwick Boulevard. Video shown was filmed and produced by the City of Newport News.
